Little known fact: I’ve known M for quite a few years now online. Her 2nd daughter is the same age as Emma and that is how I know her. She is a really sweet person. I wish she lived closer.
1. Crawfish, crawdads, or crayfish?
Ick. How about none of the above? I don’t even like crab meat. Or did you mean what do I call them? Is it all the same thing? I would say crawdads.
2. Z has a shot glass in his collection that says “Virginia is for lovers.” So is it?
No, not really but I think it was a slogan that was popular in the 80’s. I remember my aunt having a bumper sticker that said that when I was a kid. She eventually divorced and never re-married so I guess that theory went out the window.
3. What is your favorite song of all time, and why? (and post a video if you can find it)
I have several but off the top of my head one that always moves me is Black by Pearl Jam. It reminds me of my senior year of high school when everything was impossibly turbulent and it takes me back. It rips at my emotions to hear it. Memories flood back of old friends I have since lost and the way I felt when I first fell in love with Billy. I can picture myself 17 kissing him as he leaned against my old car. It was yellow and had butterfly and fairy stickers across the back. I thought he was so dark and deep and I wanted to just jump in and rescue him. He was emo before emo as cool. I was the girl who just wanted to help him. I wanted him to see the rainbows and butterflies that I saw in my head. He used to brush my hair and we’d lie in his waterbed watching Ren & Stimpy and Pearl Jam Unplugged over and over totally stoned. Ah, the olden days.
Here is a link to a video of the song being sung live. I wish we could have seen them in concert back in the day but we never did.
4. Is your house really as clean and organized as I picture it? If so, how the hell do you keep it that way??
Simple answer. No. Well, it’s cleaner than some homes I am sure but there is always a mess somewhere and lately I just don’t care. Our home is small and I just do the best I can to make it look neat. When guests come over, I just have to tidy up the living room, kitchen and main bathroom. It is decent enough that I wouldn’t be horribly embarrassed if someone were to drop in without notice but mostly because I don’t give a fuck what people think if there are a few crumbs under my stove or table. Obviously, I spend entirely too much time online so that might be the culprit.
Normal house mess doesn’t bother me though but people who live in utter filth make me question their sanity. There is a huge difference between toys scattered and baskets of clothes and dishes piled in the sink and absolute Nancy Dyer style chaos.
Oh, and how do I keep it clean? I set a timer and go! LOL Sometimes I just windex or vacuum. I try to have beds made and the sink empty as much as possible. It helps a lot. I also don’t decorate with a lot of knick knacks.
5. Do you try all your FYP products out before you show them at a party? You know, so you can speak from experience.
No, definitely not all of them. There are some things that just don’t trip my trigger if you know what I mean. I have a system and know exactly what does though and I seldom deviate. I know exactly what I like.
I am pretty good at remembering what toys do what and if someone has an interest I can give them some suggestions fairly easily.

Now that you’ve made it this far, would you like me to interview you? Just leave a comment and I will be happy to do so.
LOL-those were good questions and great answers. I don’t recall that Pearl Jam song though, guess that is the age difference.
I totally do the same thing in my house, as far as cleaning. I don’t have knick knacks and whatnots, so dusting is a breeze.
I would love you to interview me, this looks fun!!
I’ll take a shot. Interview me
be kind.
Ooh–I see she’s cheating by using the same questions with others! That’s OK…the questions are hard to come up with! That being said, I’d like to see what you want to know!
Sure I’ll bite. Interview me. LOL I need something to post.
I’m so glad you played, your answers are great!
Those were awesome questions and great answers! I wondered about the clean house thing too, lol.
I love the answer about the song. What memories. Oh and I <3 Pearl Jam, heh.
